Whenever an employee joins an organization, he joins with a dream. He dreams to work passionately. He dreams to contribute. He dreams to play a long inning. But where things go wrong?.

Things go wrong when senior people do not treat people at par. Things go wrong when targets are communicated merely as targets without sharing the ways, supports & logics. Things go wrong when senior managers find an easy way to survive by shifting the blame on subordinate. So what is the solution such managers provide for the whole problem. Just fire the guy. Sometimes you come across several Managers who take pride in sharing the number of people they have fired in their career. If you ask them, how many people you groomed , u will see a blank look on their face.

Role of a senior person has to be training, grooming, assisting the subordinates & then feel the difference. People are not hesitant to work hard. They want to work hard. But passion in them has to be kept ignited by none other than a Senior Manager. People who fire people to save their skin, never command a respect. They can feel they are the boss. But alas they are judged differently by others.
