Pankaj Gupta, the brain behind M/S KGRM Enterprises completed his MBA(Marketing) in 1989 from “The Business School”, Jammu University.
Pankaj has an experience of over 32 years in the field of Sales and marketing. His major assignments have been in Consumer Durable industry in India. He was also selected as “The 100 Most Promising SME Leaders of India 2016”. During his professional career he had a unique privilege of having worked in 4 Mini Metros namely Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh & Pune. He has also worked in Mumbai & has worked extensively in Delhi Market.
He started his career with Office automation company Gestetner in 1989. He got an opportunity to work with Philips (Consumer Electronics), Onida, Yamaha & Inalsa during his career. In the latter part of his career he had an excellent opportunity to drive & establish brand “Baltra” in the hearts of Indian consumer. He is having a unique privilege of having worked twice for Onida & Inalsa during his professional career.
His area of expertise have been Sales & Marketing. E-Commerce & Marketing on various E-Commerce platform is his love. Grooming Youngsters is his passion.
During COVID times in Aug/Sep 2020 Pankaj took a decision to create something of his own for guiding, mentoring & grooming entrepreneurial skills in young professionals. His main objective is to ensure “Financial Aatamnirbarta” for all Professionals, startups & enthusiastic businessmen. He partnered with Wealth Guardian to start a project in Financial Services. Simultaneously he diverted his career as a Consultant & Advisor in Home appliances industry in India with a focus on Modern Trade.
Since Pankaj loves to coach, train, mentor young budding professionals, he has evolved as a well reputed Motivational Speaker. He is also a Guest Speaker in various Business Schools to guide young minds to sparkle in the career path ahead.
M/S KGRM which was launched last year is moving forward based upon 4 mantras propagated by Pankaj namely Passion, Speed, Coordination & Proactiveness.

Sumit Joshi has done his Masters degree in Marketing and International Business from IILM institute for higher education, Gurgaon in 2010 .
He started his professional career from Inalsa in 2010 in field of Sales. It was here that he met Pankaj Gupta, Founder & Proprietor of M/S KGRM Enterprises. As a mentor Pankaj Gupta told him not be afraid of committing mistakes. Learn from mistakes & move forward with intention of not repeating the same again was the Mantra given to him.
But young budding Sales professional Sumit left his job soon . He ventured into financial market & also assisted small time business owners to work in organized & professional manner.

With the E commerce explosion in India Sumit updated himself in this futuristic channel and again assisted small business owners to sell their Products on E–Commerce Portals.
Sumit joined hands with Pankaj Gupta in 2019 when later was heading Baltra operations in India. During his short stay in Baltra he was instrumental in setting various marketing campaigns & promoting products on top most E – Commerce portals in India.
He assisted Pankaj Gupta to give shape to the idea behind KGRM Enterprises in mid 2020. He stands firmly behind the soul of KGRM slogan“It starts with us!!”.

Aakash Pradhan is an MBA Marketing from Lovely Professional University (2010).
He started his career from apparels industry & later on shifted to Consumer durables. During his professional assignments, he mainly excelled in the fields of Sales & Marketing. He also had an exposure of handling Government Business. He handled Central Police Canteens & CSD Business in one of his assignments.
With the onset of Digital Marketing, young & energetic professional Aakash decided to plunge into digital world. He is presently a certified Digital Marketing professional. He has a passion to design web sites & loves to work on Social Media platforms.
He has developed good analytical skills & produces tailor made solutions for the clients. Aakash is a significant member of “Team KGRM”. He lives his life on the premise – It starts with us!!

Pratyush Gupta is an Electrical and Engineering graduate from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal (2019)
Pratyush started his career working as a Data Analyst for ZS Associates, Gurgaon. During his stay at ZS he worked with some of the biggest pharmecutical clients in the world including Pfizer and GlaxoSmithKline. He developed essential Dashboards for the companies to analyse their sales data and handled monthly operations.
Pratyush was always interested in the ever expanding field of E Commerce in India & Digital Marketing . He decided to join KGRM in Oct 21 bringing his technical expertise along with a keen sense of passion and learning for marketing.
Pratyush is independently handing PR with various portals to ensure quantum jump in Sales for prominent client of KGRM namely Khaitan Avaante. He is instrumental in driving Digital Marketing activities on Amazon. His knowledge of Data analysis is proving to be an asset of the organisation.
